If only her trio palettes arrived unbroken! Two different ones and both broken! Why not use magnets like for eyeshadows! Product doesn’t stay in the pan🤦🏻‍♀️ Customer service is absolutely terrible, repetitive questions over and over, no free return for faulty products for UK, not responding to emails. What a shame. People love your products Natasha, do something about it! Did you notice how many complaints you getting from your customers?! Learn from Pat McGrath on how to treat a customer when broken product was received, immediate replacement and you don’t even respond to emails 🤷🏻‍♀️

I found that mini zendo is complementary to mini retro. The colors all play well together. I don’t have midi Zendo but I managed to get my hands on a second hand seller at less than retail price BNIB🙂 I also think the shade Jude in midi Retro pairs so well with Oscar in the midi Retro Glam. The greeny taupe and the taupy greens! These colors suit my coloring and I am drawn to them. Jude is a fascinating color, with a depth and texture I like. The peachy tones are perfect with my skin and set off my hazel eyes. I just have endless eyeshadow looks I can create with these shadows. Natasha is a true artist who marches to the beat of her own drum. Her inspiration for her midi palettes can be the mini and vice versa. She takes her eyeshadow up a few notches, revolutionizing the beauty industry, raising the bar, DEFINITELY.

I really dont need any more makeup but man is this beautiful. I've been wanting a variety of gold eyeshadows in a palette for over a decade and this is perfection. That highlight palette im literally gagging. Buying both asap.

I have it, I like the plump effect, it lasts for hours. You should make a whole line of lip oils in different colors and plumping glosses . You will take Diors business bc it’s a better price point 😊

I'm so excited to get mine tomorrow. I tell myself im not going to buy anymore make up and then Natasha Denona comes out with something new 😅 To the people complaining that ot looks boring. I don't think so. I think ND is a genius to come out with palettes that will attract the average comsumer. She's not catering to make up artists anymore. She's catering to the everyday woman. I know so many women who aren't huge make up heads who would love these newer palettes. Also the make up trend has changed so much over the years and I myself have found my own eye looks leaning to more neutral everyday looks. I swear ND is just killing it!!! She's trying to reach more women and I think thats awesome!
